The H'ulh-etun Society is comprised of 4 First Nation communities in the
Cowichan Valley. They are: The Penelakut First Nation, The Lyackson First
Nation, The Halalt First Nation and The Malahat First Nation.
The
Malahat First Nation joined the three other nations in the H'ulh-etun Society in
1997.
The services that are available for all members of our communities
are many. Here are a few:
- Mental Health Care
- Pre and post-natal care
- Immunizations
- AIDS Awareness and Information
- After-school programs (reading group, homework group etc.)
- Dental Hygiene (partnership with Camosun College)
- and others
